★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Friendly staff, They listen to the problem of customer and work done smoothly, hassle free service. Connection needed to be transferred from another agency to SS agency, everything was done smoothly in 1 day. One of the best gas agency I visited I rate as bharath gas agency 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have got new gas connection here and all procedures competed in less than 2 hours. Gas Cylinders delivered immediately on next day itself. And Moreover they didn't force to buy gas stove here. I have bought outside only.
Every month after booking within 2 days cylinders got delivered. Only thing delivery person will demand extra 50Rs for doorstep delivery. But this is happening everywhere. This is the only reason for reducing 1 star, otherwise I would rate 5.
After an Year I'm moved to another area within Bangalore, so approached here for Transfer Advice. They have sent TA in WhatsApp itself. Based on My Experience they are providing good Customer Service.

Only problem was I was called by them to visit physical location and after reaching they told me everything can be done online.

Delivery should be free! They already take a lot of money on new connection and other charges.

Appreciate the call back from the owner, he assured there will be a warning to the delivery guy and it is not mandatory to pay extra. (Added extra star for response)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've visited couple of agencies before and never found one like this. Very polite staff. Amazing service provided. Unlike some agencies who force to buy stove along new connection, these don't have any such rules. Delivery guy may ask for money but if you decline, he delivers and leaves unlike other delivery boys who bully for additional delivery charges. The staff is very helpful and promptly does thier work.
The best gas agency I've visited so far. Delivered gas connection in few hours of registration for new connection.
