★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst kind of attitude of the owner. Total thief. NEVER pay advance to the scumbag. Rooms are cramped for space, not to mention that there's no food. You can get much better alternatives in the surrounding areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok ok place. Prices are less as compared to others PG's in hinjawadi region. Amenities are not as per as expectation. Location is prime so it's becomes lot more easier if you work in HINJAWADI PHASE 1,2 and 3.
I would suggest you to go for another choice if you are looking for long stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very poor condition of pg due to zero maintenance. Owner Laxman Yadav is concerned with rent only and overlooks basic as well as minimum safety requirements.Room is full of bed bugs and torn bedsheet.
only the good side of this pg is its position near shivaji chowk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is not soo good. Owner is a complete douchebag. Tank water. Fridge and Washing Machine are good. WiFi speed is slow. Good thing is it's on square, so transportation, shopping and restaurants are all nearby. Over 3 out 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PG is Ok but their manager is not trustworthy. They are taking deposit in advance and at the time of leaving , Manager Vikas did not returned it back. Every time he make an excuse and not receiving call. Vikas is very fraud and shameless person. Very unprofessional behaviour. Don't trust such a people.

1. Location is good.
2. Without food, many shop are there to eat.
3. Rent is convenient but rooms are not that much spacious.
Cons:
1. Water problem is very often.
2. cleanliness is not proper specially in toilet.
3. Sometimes electric current in bathroom tap.
4. They do a lots of drama in refunding back your security deposit.
5. Thay have lots of excuses to deduct your security deposit.
6. Caretaker is not professional, he talks non sense sometimes.
7. CCTV are there but didn't work.
8. Thefts happens, my stuff was stolen from my room and I had to put a separate lock on my room and caretaker argued with me to remove lock.
My overall experience in this pg was worst.
