★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We pay over 1100 rupees per month for 50 mbps while airtel fiber offers 200mbps at 1000 rupees. The speed we get is so bad I can't even begin to describe it.
Right now, as I am writing this review, I am getting 2mbps download speed instead of 50mbps. The connection also frequently resets. I can't stream a youtube live video. Not only is it expensive, it is also horrible at everything else. This isn't fiber. A simple copper wire connection will be more stable than this.
I regret choosing this isp. WHO OFFERS A FIBER CONNECTION AND ASKS FOR OVER 1000 RUPEES FOR 50mbps! CHEAPEST FIBER PLANS START AT 100mbps AND GO UPTO 1000mbps. This is genuinely bad.

I'm been using their service more than a year now & have not come across a single say downtime even in bad weather condition.

Earlier power related issue got resolved
now daily I am facing network issue not atol stable every 10 minute it keeps buffering/droping
Same discussed with star team and tried to fix but again after few minutes it gets droping
Not able to work due to network Unstablity

Please check can you provide perminent fix for this issue if there is problem from my end like router issue pls let us know so we can resolve this perminently
