I stay in panchratna colony and my apartment is hardly 100mtr away from the main road still they don’t provide connection The person who is representing the company is so slow in response n doesn’t want new customers, quite surprising

I took broadband connection more than a month ago 6th plan with router, payment was done same day but still waiting for router. Following up continuously but no response. Horrible experience with tikona, will stop using & won't recommend to anyone in my circle?

Very bad experience at the Start itself. When I called the sales representative on 16 Oct 2020 I informed that I would like to avail a scheme without router (as I had my own router). The sales rep immediately fwdd a list of schemes. I chose a scheme and the sales rep immediately initiated online registration and then followed up like a leech to make payment. Here I just thought of checking whether the router I have will meet the requirements for installation. Now, the sales rep tells me that the router they use has different technical specifications. SHOULDN'T THE SALES CHECK THIS BEFORE REGISTERING? GUESS THE OBJECTIVE IS TO ONLY PITCH A SALE AND NOT THE FORESIGHT TO VISUALIZE PROBABLE CUSTOMER PROBLEMS. Here the sales rep gives me the details of the router model and tells me to purchase the router myself because their system cannot change my scheme (as I thought I will now opt for a scheme with the router provided by Tikona) and if I want to change my scheme I need to now provide another mobile number and email address (WHO WILL KNOW THAT TO CHANGE SCHEMES YOU NEED MULTIPLES CONTACT DETAILS..THE THOUGHT BEATS ALL SANITY). I ordered for the specific router on 16 Oct and was informed that it will receive it by 20 Oct. By then the Sales rep keeps following for payment. On 17 Oct I make the payment. On 18 Oct the installation techician calls me. I tell him that I don't have the required router yet. He tells me that he will at least lay the wiring requirement. When he visits my residence I'm shocked by the suggestion to take the wire in though a window, which will never be able to be closed ever (GUESS THE SECURITY OF THE HOME IS NOT FACTORED AT ALL). He offers an alternative of taking the wiring through the bathroom (TO SAVE THEIR TIME EFFORT AND COST OF DRILLING REQUIREMENTS) not thinking that it will render the bathroom unlockable forever. Here I suggested to drill the framework of the balcony door through which the cable can be taken in. But he is UNEQUIPED FOR DRILLING and tells me to get it done by an Electrician. But in the meanwhile he fixed the connector to the cable. The cable size is 6mm while the connector is 12mm wide. So he now tells me to tell the electrician to drill a 15mm hole to take in the cable and the connector together. He left telling me to inform him once the drilling is done and the router arrives and he will come and do the remaining part of the installation. WHAT's SURPRISING IS A MESSAGE FROM TIKONA THAT THE INSTALLATION IS COMPLETE. On 19 Oct the electrician cannot drill a 15mm hole as the engineering of the door framework did not support this action. So he drilled a 8mm hole , cut off the connector and took the cable in. The router arrives on 19 Oct and I immediately informed the installation techician. He presumes that the wiring is ok to initiate the online settings, when I informed him that the connector needs to be re-fixed. Now I'm told to lodge a complaint through the online application and a technician will be sent home immediately I did accordingly and got a reference number. But for almost 24 hours there is no call or message from Tikona. I called the installation techician again on 20 Oct and he now says he cannot come and tells me to call customer care. After this I got a message from Tikona at 1942 hrs. that will receive a call within 4 wkg hours. Now if the working hours are 1000 to 1900 hours which means I should get a call on 21 Oct bet 1000 to 1400 hours. This is still to expecting a call. The techician coming and fixing the installation is thereafter. AND THE ICING ON THE CAKE IS I GET A MESSAGE FROM THE SALES REP TO GIVE A 5 STAR (EXCELLENT) RATING WRT INSTALLATION.

Worst service & no value for money. Connection goes off for several hours. Multiple complaints sent but no response. No one visits home for resolution & you'll receive a msg your issue is resolved. Not recommended at all. Finally discontinued the connection.

Worst internet service, The internet keeps getting disconnected. Customer service have different reasons for the same issue. No transparency. The issue registration on their app say the issue is resolved even if it is not Worst experience. Please dont take it

Very worst service and network provider I have ever gone under with. Even they dont have proper customer care number. None of the person is taking responsibility for your issues.

The worst broadband and customer service. Aniket Kadolkar, your employee, is the worst point of contact you could've provided us. Doesn't even respond to calls. Regret paying for your plans. Either fix the problem till tomorrow or return the plan money paid. Would never recommend this horror to anyone

Very bad experience, do not take this service, they might tie up you with wire and model-related rules and regulations, I paid extra 2000/- to avoid this rules Also worst customer service
