If there is any problem with service you can call them anytime and they will fix it as soon as possible. Also you can pay via UPI/Google Pay/PhonePay/Paytm.

Gets disconnected once in a year only when there are heavy rains or cable issues otherwise runs smoothly throughout the year. Their charges are comparatively low and customer service is flawless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad services, they will talk very politely while taking connection, after that if u call them for complaints, the way they talk it is horrible, my personal opinions please don't take jetnet connection, they have only one backup and they do not have 24/7 services, I have face server down and net disconnection problem, when I will have very important work, and I have faced this issue many times,
