★ ★ ★ ★ ★ these guys will not respond u if ur having any issue with Wi-Fi will simply keep ignoring n switch of the Phone... very ridiculous.......never suggested to any1.
Also if u pay for 50 mbps plan u will not receive..more than 10mb daily...all are paid reviews by themselves...plz do not go with this ISP, worst service ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one picks you the call if internet doesn't work. My internet has not been working from last 3 days but no one is looking into it. Their technicians don't even pickup the call. Atleast respond that there is some work going on and it would take this much time. Would not recommend it at least now.

Now, he is not answering to his calls, Whatsapp messages. He is continuously ignoring all the calls.
Dont believe in the false promises.

It was strict lockdown, due to electric current failure our wifi was not working, we called them around 10.30 pm (as IT/software has to do Work from home job), the response and the service given by them was excellent. The speed of BB is also excellent. Keep it up d same service..??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changing my review after over a year of using their services. Their services helped me go through lockdown WFH without any major issues. But for the past couple of months there were frequent and long breakdowns, causing major disruption in my work schedules. But worse is that I was not getting any customer service, forcing me to discontinue thier connection. As far as I know, I am not the only one who has done it in our locality. They really should go back to thier roots of excellent service and great rates. Did I mention they no longer contain any major rate advantage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, when you need a new connection they will be out of your door asap, and once you get a connection and you face any connectivity issue trust me guys they would least bothered to receive your call.
You will have to end up reaching their office and then forcefully make technician come with you at your place. I would never ever recommend their service. If you do not have any option left then only go with their service and make sure you dont take any long plans, just take it for 1-2 months and you will come to know about the challenges. Always keep a tab on your connectivity speed, i have personally verified they reduced my internet speed and i have to always share them a speedtest screenshot with them. Always do a speedtest in a week.
