★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Updating the earlier review. The responsibility and commitment as well as fixing issues turn around time phenomenally improved. Though the connection do get interrupted sometime but they do respond well and fix it soon.

Every time when the connection is recharged, you need to call them to start and then it takes hours to start and sometimes days. The cost is also high as compared to the quality of the connection! And the connection keeps on disconnecting during daytime. Cannot rely on them if you are planning for work from home.
And why do I need to call to activate the connection if I recharge it? It should be automatic.
And the joke is even if you recharge the connection few days before you previous recharge gets expired, still your connection gets deactivated and you need to call them again to get the connection activated. That is a poor service!

Never take service from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not satisfied with the review shown here, I want to purchase a new connection as i i go to know they have good network as i will be required for 50mbps plan.
I called the given number and whenever they pickup the call they say i am coming in just 10 min, 20 min , 30 min always, if it would be possible to upload the call recording i would have done it for sure.
Never had such a bad experience like this..?
