★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't go with hathway ... very pathetic service.
I am using this ISP since 6 months but now they have completely degraded the service. They do not have valid contact number as well after opening a ticket, they close in without any action. Internet disconnect on daily basis and you do not have any choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic and hopeless service. I opted service just 5 days back & struggling to get my connection up and steady.
Height is my cell number is misused by someone for Hathway cable-TV connection. I got to know it in recent heated discussion.
Now I have to run for logging complain against that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not satisfied with the service in my local as was facing issue and I called my local person(Nandkishor) and told my issue but he directed disconnected my call.
How can I satisfy with service and why I am facing this issue frequently.
And even Hathway people's are not supporting me to handle my issue.
I am really unsatisfied with the service and I am going to change my provider now
I'll never suggest to use Hathway network later uptu you it's your decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Pathetic! They are on time while taking the installation charges and then after that they are stuck in traffic for 20-25 days due to which they wont be able to install. Once you have paid the charges and call for installation they will be very busy to receive every call but yours ! Then when you have no choice left but to walk in to their office , they will tell you that 3rd party does the installation and they are not responding..... On arguing they will assure you refund in 3 days which you will finally get in 45 days.
Very Disappointed !

They will give you lots of offer but in reality they will not active free month internet.
If you ask for free month then customer care will ask you to do mail and all and can't even listen your query. I don't know which third class software system they are using because each and every time i call for compliant and for followup i neen to explain whole things again.
And the most imp customer care executive ,sales team and higher level manager don't have sense how to talk with customers.
They will talk with you very Rude if you have not done payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beyond pathetic ?The local operator stopped the Hathway service pulled out cables and started his own private internet service and hathway don't know about this. after 6months also they call me and ask for recharge ???. The call centers representative are so dumb, after telling 100 times that I don't have their connection they do not update the customer status
