β β β β β Never ever go for Tikona. Their resources are very bad. They install the switch, take photos and post installation complete. Later on within a day or two they themselves stole it and put you in a big trouble. I think they sell it in market to make money. No one responds on the issues. Even the customer care is good for nothing.

β β β β β Worst service by Tikona. I used Tikona for 6 month's without any problems. But when I changed my address and informed Tikona for relocation they said you will get the connection at that pin code. I paid for next 6 month's and now they are saying you won't be able to get the connection at that place. They raised the request for disconnection. I raise the request for refund but no one taking action from last month. Always struggling to connect with customer care executive. They called me and I have shared same information with the customer care team for 10-15 times. Still no solution and no answer for email. Really frustrated with the service. I never expected this kind of unprofessional behaviour from Tikona team.
I was happy with the connection and speed. But customer care team and other services are worst.

β β β β β If the internet is down then it will be down for 1-5days. The customer care is worst and useless. No use of raising service requests and complaints, they will take their own time. No doubt about the internet speed. Very good.

β β β β β Very worst service. No one attends complaint. Customer care has no one to care. Only getting payment reminder calls and messages. They send email for legal action for not paying. They want money without providing internet and service. Total harassment.
