★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Day by day speed and service both are getting worsen...twice or thrice times a week, their cable gets cut not sure how...intially their speed was great...but after server upgradation ideally things should get improved but here its reversed, both speed and connectivity got unstable...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ...no response from technical team...you call them for new connection ttyy they will.come in 30 mins but if you call them for service even after 30 days they will not respond ...not advisable at all ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only Sales people are most prompt while they sell you the stuff.. Thereafter the experience is just terrible! Internet connectivity is very spotty and support is virtually non-existant!. Dont go for it. I'm giving up my connection right away and asking all my society members to dump it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Link Down Mass outage for most of the time in the month. Facing problems every month and they do nothing about it. Just come up with expensive plans. Got no alternatives that's the reason still using it. The day I find the best alternative, would be more than happy to discontinue the worst service provided by Spectranet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great internet provide..... Normally works for 15-16 days A month. But you have to pay for entire month else they start charging you extra later frees..... For example our net was not working from 1st of this month..... After repetitive calling customer care for complain they finally send a person after 8 days.... Who was not able to fix the issue.. Than again it took another guy to fix the problem... Which took more 3 days.... Problem was from spectranet but we have to pay for there issues..... And now.... Just a day after they fixed the issue... Again the next is not working..... I thing..... This is one of the worse providers... I have ever know
