Location: Dighi Earlier used the same internet with good quality....but now a days internet disconnecting any time and if tried to reach silicon person their phone number getting switched off. If supposed call connect then person not answering call and then after tried that number is also getting switched off.... This is how they are responding and providing internet services with zero customer value. Will not suggest anyone to use their services with this kind attitude to switched off phone in emergency.

Internet connectivity is good for the most part. Hassle free recharge. They do not have separate bandwidth for different sites. They provide the same speed throughout. Rates are very reasonable. They need to provide better bandwidth services. 10Mbps should be the minimum standard(considering the fact that they do not provide separate bandwidth for popular sites).

I am using since last one month and out of 30 days 6-7 days was without internet. Customer support is not responding. They are very good when you take connection after that they will forget. Even at the time of writing this review my broadband connection is not working since last 4 days. So in single word their service is worse than worst.

It has terrible services , from past 25 days internet is not working on calling at the registered number nobody picks up the call and even if they pick up the call they try to connect to Mr Anoop Shinde their MD and he doesnt respond as well.The employees seems very kind and ethical but in case of any critical problem that takes time to resolve they give up. Inspite of innumerable calls and messages and emails there's no response after one point they stopped picking up the call. Have paid for 3 months and since their payment gateway wasn't working they where eager to take the payment through Gpay . But there's no response and dont care about their consumers. It seems like I have lost my money.i suggest please look for some branded ISPs and not waste and risk your money to the local vendors.

Trying to call the customer service people,but no answer, people keep their phone off. Is this the way you people treat your customer? Its better you guys close down your company. Worst service ever. Am really not happy with your company and the people who treat their customers like this.

Horrible services. Nobody responds . Nobody knows the reason of disconnection. Fibre centres dont have backups. They never have technical staff. The customer care lady is clueless about everything. Doesn't pick up calla and tells to call the technician. Horrible horrible service. First faced an issue with no internet for 15 straightvdays and today is also the third day running with no internet. It is useless to fill packs of 3 months together as out of 3 months atleast 15-20 days the internet does not work

Update 28/04/22: They took cognizance of my review here and immediately supplied the LAN cable, after testing with LAN cable it was found that the connection worked with the cable physically attached, so requested them to change the router since the connection was not connecting over Wifi. They have since replaced the modem whose cost i will be bearing and the connectivity and speed has improved. Will be posting a final review after observing the connection for a weeks time. First review 20/04/22: I purchased this connection after reading the reviews here, initial experience was good, i purchased theb100mbps plan for one year, but immediately afterwards we started facing issues with connectivity and speed, the time when we required connection the most was the time when it would not work. Repeated calls to customer care were answered but wierd solutions were given to the problems. Solutions included formatting the laptop switching the modem on/off (whats the use of broadband connection if you get logged out of your meetings), connecting via lan cable, ookla speed test is not reliable and so on. I finally got fed-up with the service and requested them to cancel the subscription and return the money the response i got was that this was not possible . Worst connection.
