★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy behind the counter "laughed out loud at my order" (a short cappuccino). I am unsure why. It was definitely derisive and rude.
Next, I had a Starbucks membership card I'd gotten from another outlet that I had visited a while ago. I was not very informed about the workings of the card. But since I had it, I handed it over to this same guy and asked if he could add the current bill's points to it. He swiped my card and said while "laughing" that the card is not registered and has zero points.
After I was done with my drink and leaving the cafe, he called out and said Thank you *My Name*. I turned and saw him laughing again and he repeated Thank you. I turned back and left.
Is this how you treat your customers? By making them feel small and stupid? It was late and I only needed a small pick me up and hence the small order. Do I have to give explanations for what I choose to consume though? Is it not the staff's prerogative to talk about the membership card politely if a customer is uninformed?
At no point was I rude to anyone there. Why then was I subject to derision?
My bad that I didn't catch this guy's name. Rest assured I will be taking this up seriously with customer support if Starbucks India has any.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be sure to check your pockets before you walk in ?. Those coffees are really expensive ??. But they also give you a lot of coffee with a lot of good taste, which will just make your mood great. Trust me and try it once, you won't be disappointed, I am talking about the taste here not money ??. The place is good to hangout, the ambience is good too, As their Cappuccino and all flavors of coffee are great their food is also tasty ?, and also costly ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Limited seats to sit inside and outside it’s like super hot to sit and enjoy your frappe. You should arrange a Portable cooler over there. Basic protocol of greeting customers when entering the store and exiting the store is not followed, i.e. Welcome to Starbucks and Thank you and do visit us again! Make your customers feel special post this lockdown and during these challenging pandemic times because we have gone through a lot emotional mental trauma. Some of their staff lacked enthusiasm when it came to serving their customers. Please don’t destroy an American brand like this! Things like how was your drink, etc. go a long way for customers to admire your brand. Anyways, enjoyed my Cheesecake Frappe :)

Stars are in its name itself...
Along with coffee I love the corn spinach Croissant, Would like to recommend atleast once try it out it so delicious...??
Also chocolate croissant also osm...all in all everything is osm...??
