★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The State Bank of India ?? is the India’s biggest Bank in Public sector , this is Good branch and cooperative employees Now though the SBI and its subsidiaries are often referred to as a nationalised bank, It is India's largest banking and financial services enterprise as of now, Servers problem sometimes create some frustration in customer. Overall good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant staff due to job security policy of SBI, especially Sheela Pandey and the man working next to her are not ready to work even when asked to merely pay a challan. They made me visit the branch for two continuous days and just said that the challan is incomplete. However, when I called the person from whose company the challan was issued sheela pandey refused to talk to him saying I don't talk to strangers. they were filling the wrong details and were not ready to accept mistake on their part.
SBI is a huge bank but employees like Sheela and the guy sitting next to her, bring bad name to such entity.
