★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exception for SBI branch. Had few concerns with account opening and had visited 5 branches of sbi across City. None of them had staff who even had patience to listen and understand real concern. All made waste for my working hours with no solutions absolutely.
This branch starting from manager is truly customer friendly and very very enthusiastic staff. Had experience of visiting any prime Pvt bank with platinum membership. Really appreciate..

The staff has needs to work on its behaviour.
The gentle man comments when I gave my pass book for printing was " We can't print if u make full page transactions everyday "!!
Why does the government allow digital transactions if the staff find it difficult.
Of course I contacted the desk only when the kiosk did not function.
