Spacious branch of SBI and very old . Customers bring time to complete there works because of crowds generally seen . Parking , water and seating ares upto the mark , Administration and discipline of staff's members supportive.

This month on 3rd of June I deposit one check of Bank of Baroda branch Fatehabad road Agra.But on 4th June I received a message frm sbi bank dishonoured charge 295 rupees debit in your account. After that next day I went to the sbi bank and checked with staff she said your check nt cleared from Bank of Baroda branch after that I went to Bank of Baroda branch and checked with branch manager he said no problem from our bank check with SBI. Today I spoiled my hole day bt no satisfaction frm the sbi bank . Iam very disappointed with this service because this is my hard money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many of the staff members are non cooperative. The machines and self kiosks are for name sake. They donot work properly. This is the main branch of SBI in Agra and this is such a useless branch. There is an interval anytime and every time you go to this place and like any other bank, the staff members leave before five ie the closing time. Even the ATM here is almost always out of service.
A really dissatisfied customer.
