★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dear friends, I would like to inform all of you that I had issued a cheque of Rs 15000/ on 25/06/2021 in favour of Ashish Kumar and they visited SBI Hajiganj branch for clearance. The process done smoothly during the time. At evening, the branch staff called up me and forcibly told that the party (my husband) had taken 30000/_ to which we replied that this is wrong allegation. Then, the branch staff threatened us. We are deeply disappointed and register a complain against him through customer care website. Let see, what happened next. This is for kind information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service by this branch and current branch Manager. If you ask any query to manager, he will show you doors and indirectly ask you to go to ICICI Bank which is just one floor down to SBI.
My father and my brother also experienced same behaviour when they asked why there is a Q in their account although KYC has been done on regular intervals.
