★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst bank services and worst bank staff. They tell they need only Aadhar card for changing registered address, I got so much fed up with this branch that I changed my branch immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behaviour of the Branch manager, Sayoni madam is very arrogant. She doesn't know many nitty gritty i
ies of the business, but has a great ego problem of knowing it from her service manager or others.
She naturally misguides her clients, but never repents or says sorry for it.
She should engage herself for more rigorous training, so that her clients are not harrassed unnecessarily.
It is not known whether an insurance coverage is mandatory for obtaining a bank locker, which she demanded instead of increased bank FD's if required.
Thus, finally we had to give up the idea of procuring the locker for the Branch Manager's stubbornness and ego. Just because she demanded for forty thousand rupees of Insurance coverage and was reluctant to budge an inch from her words.
On the other hand, the service manager and the other staff were much more amiable and cordial and tried to lend their helping hands in spite of the Branch Manager's stubbornness and ego.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited a few branches of SBI and gathered all over a non co operative, bitter experience..
I got the chance to visit this branch for a single day in January , 2022 but this visit completely changed my outlook about the state Bank employee and the services.
The employees including the clerks are very helpful, co operative, amicable. Even a layman can get a customer friendly environment there.
