★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an extremely bad experience with these people. The bank closes it's gate 3pm, even though the closing time on the website is 4pm. And when we pointed it out to them, instead of helping they come out to argue and call you the next day at 9am. Please correct your timings then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SBI is the premier banking institution in India. Staff members at all level are very cooperative. Bank has provided check up facility during COVID-19. In case of COVID-19 positive , financial assistance is also extended to the affected employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Branch is closed due to all india strike for 15th and 16th March 2021. Wasted my.time as it was not updated on map. So make sure you don't completely rely on Google maps and check other sources before travelling to any banks in your locality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All staff are well trained and ready to helps you. This branch also has Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) which is kept outside near ATM and passbook printing machine. Ample of space for parking available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Would've given a negative review if I could. The cash deposit machine was not working so my money got stuck in the machine as the transaction was unsuccessful. It's been a month I've reported this, wrote an application and everything, they said there was no excess cash in the machine and they don't seem to understand that it's not our fault and we might be needing that money for something. Even when they're able to see that the transaction was unsuccessful, they just don't seem to care enough, No empathy. I've at least had to visit 7 times till now. They said they'll call me each time but whenever I go they have some or the other thing going on. I've never had such a pathetic service. I'm regretting my decision to open an account in this bank.
