★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They neither open new account, neither change account type nor take account from other branches. Very less computerization and high traffic. So avoid as much as possible.

Most of time they have server issue and only single cashier is there to handle all withdrawal requests.
Staff is very rude and careless.
Totally disappointed with them :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst SBI I've ever seen. Everything is worst, the atmosphere, service, employees, behaviour etc, everything. It needs improvement in every aspect but first they should get rid of the employees. They all taking the government job for granted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A branch of State Bank of India is situated in Jhalwa ( opposite to #Juice_Bar_and_Cafe). I have been visited here about two or three times. There are very limited staff. The ambiance of the bank is not so good because it is situated in private house (Leased by SBI).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very prime location. Have all the facilities like ATM, drinking water and toilet. Spacious place but service is very slow. It is always crowed. I think staff and computers should change so that the services can get better.
