the most horrible branch i have ever seen, for one address change i have to visit so many times. if simple banking work takes so much time, you cant expect customers to be happy

One of the worst branch. They wont pick call and reply to emails. Unprofessional. One simple work also take so many days. I tried to contact branch from one week. Did not pick one time also. Dont know how to send speed post too.

Worst Bank experience I ever had. Horrible services and response from employees. I have been complaining regarding some issues with my banking but nobody bothers including the manager. Everytime I go they ask me to submit a letter. Later no status update even after several reminders. No tracking system of the letter submitted, no updates to customer what so ever. Ridiculous....

Worst branch I have ever come across. I went there to open an account on 2nd April & my account creation formalities are not completed yet even by 5th April On 2nd I submitted all documents & photos, yet they asked me to come on 3rd without giving any reason. I went on 3rd & the lady at Desk 6 tried doing something for 10 mins & told something is not working and she will do the account creation by next day & she would call me before she creates the account Even by midday on 4th, she has not called. I went there around 4th & they were acting as if the creation is not important for them. I told them if my account creation is not complete by end of 4th, I will complain to the branch manager. They completed just account creation in less than 15 mins. But they told me I have to come next day for collecting passbook. I went and asked the lady at Desk 9 & she told me to come the next day to collect the passbook I went there on 5th and she told me the server is not working & I have to come next week after Tuesday, i.e Wednesday or after to collect passbook So, even after 4 consecutive days of visiting a bank, you cant get an account. And we are paying for all those guys who work in this branch I went and complained to the manager & she was as unresponsive as the rest of the staff. I forced her to acknowledge my complaint & she signed on the document after a heated exchange between me & her I have attached the complaint letter here

Worst Banking Service By SBI. Never ever have relationship with SBI. None responding to email and Mobile. always asking to visit branch in personal for even small queries. This SBI is still running in 18th Century.,??????????

If you have BP or blood sugar don't go to this branch. One of the worst branch. People are well experienced but not responsive. Because of manager and staff problem, people has to wait more than 2 hours without any reasons. Staffs are like robots here no suggestions in case if there any problems with your applications and only one word answer. Even if you ask again because of masks and glass infront of them, they get irritated and not responding at all. No courtesy and respect. Self respect very important. Plz try to change the attitude
