★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good place, has indoor and outdoor floors, Outdoor/roof floor mostly consists of calisthenics and body weight workouts so you don't get bored of using traditional weight/machine workouts. Trainers are very professional
And best part is, it is located in very quiet place, away from street noise so you enjoy training on the roof as well
