Everyday workout is always a surprise with twist in the super sets :) I enjoy each and every day as its not monotonous.

There's a lot I can tell, but it's best to experience what it's like by personally paying a visit, what more do you want than a day free for your own experience before you could decide?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to go to of if maintaining fitness or fat burning is your goal. It's more of a fitness center and less of a weight training gym. It has 3 days weight training and 3 days of fitness or functional training. They have 1 trainer per batch( morning and evening batch). Trainers are knowledgeable and keep an eye out on everyone's workout. Though equipments are less they are sufficient for weight training. Small place & less number of people make it easy for trainer to pay attention to everyone. If you are looking for fancy equipments and trademill and sauna & other programs like yoga or zumba, then you will be disappointed. But if you really want to keep your body fit this is the place.
