the equipments were not maintained nicely.
everything dumbbells , rods were sread on the floor .
trainers are nit quite friendly.
low maintenance.
need improvements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't guide for diet plans. They just take followup for membership renewal when ur membership is getting complete. Once u r taken membership they don't followups.
They give incomplete information about the membership transfer.. And when u ask them for it, then tell different thing which they didn't tell while membership renewal.
One thing i can say about this Gym, machines are good.. Only main thing is that Service is very Poor...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not fall for the name unless you yourself know how to do gym properly. Trainers are same as they are in other gym. They will pay attention to you if you have a PT else you have to ask every now and then for the next exercise. The main advantage is you get some extra instruments to work on. Some mills are out of condition. Overall place is good with some motivating music playing in the background. Try it for a month or two first before going for the long term here. They have their own parking too.
