The trainers design a diet and exercise plan depending on you body structure and your strengths.
With weight training you learn how to push your body to reach its potential.
After 3 months of step by step weight training I am experiencing body strength.
My trainer Manisha always motivates me and personally tracks the body movements while exercising.
Not only here you are physically trained but also mentally prepared to adopt healthy eating habits.
