★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an 8 arm Bracel Chandelier for Stello Light Studio and along with it i had purchased 8 bulbs. The shipping and packaging was good as the items reached intact. However after switching on the light i found that 3 bulbs weren't as bright as the remaining 5. I was just curious to know if there were replacement policies for such issues but my queries were not taken seriously and never replied until i told them that i would write poor after sales reviews. The bulbs were never replaced and i am disappointed with the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had ordered lights, never received the products , tried calling the support for refund but could not get hold of anyone. Customer service is pathetic. Basically lost my money .
update after owner's comment :
No delivery was refused because there is no reason to do that. When I have spent the money, why will I refuse the delivery ? The package was sent back and they did not even call me once for the delivery. After that I have made multiple attempts to reach the customer service for the refund, they are just not reachable. Pathetic service !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad after sales, they weren't able to fit the chandelier properly then said it's like this only. The person coordinating with me Mr. Rahul was of the opinion that this looks amazing. Had to somehow fix it to look okay. Arrogant after sales behaviour.
