★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked here for one year therefore I think I can answer this, Stetig primarily deals in providing ERP solution using Salesforce. While working here you can learn almost everything about Salesforce, if you are good at work you get your own project where you can start from scratch therefore in very less period of time you could have completed many live project which is good for you career The company has many different roles and they fit you in the thing in which you are best ,it all depend on you .This flexible environment help you know your core competencies for example if you are good at client interaction you can get to visit client site and some of my friends there have gone to foreign as well but as said it depends totally on how you perform.
Company Culture
The company is run by Mr Ankur priyadarshan & Mr. Nishant Garg both of them are MBA from Nitie mumbai (India best MBA colleges).
So you can get the Idea that they are professionals at work and working under them you get to learn a lot.
The best thing about the office is its people.The culture is more of a family kind and often there are office trips

Believe me you will get chance to work on each and every piece of Salesforce from Development and Configuration perspective.
One of the major reason why you should choose Stetig is , you get chance to directly interact with Clients all over India and some of them are in Dubai too. You will get few Onsite opportunities as well. It really helps to develop our leadership and communication skills as well.
Remember they are the GOLDEN PARTNERS of SALESFORCE.
Work culture i could say is great blend of term professionalism and friendliness.
Work time is 9 hours and you would need to stretch it as well as per work.
Yearly they do have annual parties at some great places outside from Pune's hactic life.
Remember people here are too much like one family, so better be like that ...you will enjoy each and every day spent with them.. You won't feel like you are in Office then....Thats amazing isn't it.
Just a suggestion , It would be really great if free food served to employees.
Also there is much scope for improvement in HR policies.
Overall I could say its the place which will give you everything you wanted to learn about Salesforce. There is too much work to do....
