★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible products. Coffee table delivered is dented and scratched and unpolished. Horrible customer care service. No follow up service I received after multiple calls and mails.Through the order portal they don't receive any negative feedback, as the feed back won't be submitted. Only 5 star they accept. Other ratings can't be submitted.

They will make you fill special while taking order and after that they will not deliver the goods on time, even they will start ignoring your call. even if they deliver they don't plan assembly before hand. first you chase them for delivery and again you have to chase them for assembly of the same that too depends on your luck( if Mr. Manager Ayan ji feels he should take your call and reply). i will suggest not to select Pepperfry for modular furniture. better to go for other brands or carpenter.

I ordered multiple Furniture from the Pepperfry few pros and cons i had experienced in the overall process
1) Pathetic after sales service,no response over mail.
I just received one call which i couldn't pickup because was in a meeting.After that i haven't received any call
PS : Sharing the screenshot of the mail
2)The dimensions mentioned on the web is different from what i have received ,but there is no proper phone number or systematic customer service to exchange the product
3)I would request all the Users to please measure the actual furniture from what they are mentioning on the web.
They are just the online platform and not the Authentic Furniture manufacturers because of which you will face lot of after sales issues .
4)The online mobile platform is very pathetic,there are lot of basic features not available in the mobile application
5)The most important ,the delivery date showing on the tracker after putting your order is useless, because its works on "LALALA" technology ,the whole supply chain tracking is useless because it will never match with the real time tracking.
I would request all the investors please check the fundamentals of the daily to daily and basics of the any Company.
the document and the reality facts are different in this Startup bubble Era .
My furniture is lying idle and there policy is so unrealistic and not upto their service
"the replacement will have to be made within 7 days from the delivery date,but their after sale customer service is too slow to respond within 7 days".
