The washroom is dysfunctional and extremely dirty, the saff does not come before 12 though the opening time mentioned is 10am, the Location provided on Google maps is wrong and the phone number provided on Google as well as Just Dial are not valid either. The staff is well aware and indifferent to these issues.

People giving services are nice but owner and people managing the parlour taking benefit of the same believing since people like Anisa, Ajay and Shanu are giving good service people will still keep coming. B go there for relaxation and pay high price not to have unprofessional behaviour of people managing the parlour
Most of the time there is no water
Products are never there
Old customers are taken for granted
Same time 2 oppoitments are given
I am going to them for more than 5 yrs
Old customers are stuck due to package taken
Very very bad management
I would not recommend the parlour now
It’s waste of your money
