★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s actually the best and clean post office I have never been in Delhi NCR. Very nice constructed building, once there you only need 5 minutes to do your stuff and leave, no queues, no rush !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical government babus. Very uncooperative. Avoid vising this place. Don't be surprised if you are denied of basic services on pretext of silly excuses. The Post master is most the most in-efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a big surprise to find that there is a post office in Vatika township.
I had to post a speedpost and it was really simple to just visit and do my work.
The staff is very good and the post office is fully functional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really huge parcel to courier and requested the guard for a helping hand to take it inside but he didn't bother and sat idle. Then I asked a lady working in the office for any delivery boy but she too didn't bother and kept busy on phone gossiping. I know it was my parcel and I had to do it but staff got zero at humanly ground.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this post office on 4th June, in the middle of the COVID lockdown. The working hours were 9 am to 12 noon. We reached there at 1155 hrs and there was a queue of 3 people ahead of us. Despite the rush, the official attended us with utmost patience and got the speed post done in the prescribed 2 minutes time. This PO redefines the dak ghar image of Indian post office and it serves mostly the elderly and underprivileged. Great work!
