Even the samples being collected on 8th April they have made entry only in 10 th April. Everyday they say it will be Tom still the report isn't available. Highly unprofessional.

My brother had a flight to take out of the state, so we arranged for an RT PCR test. Arranged for a sample collection from home, 48 hrs before his flight.
First, the sample was sent in to the lab late in the evening that day, even though it was collected at 8.30 am. If the lab got the sample after 12 hrs of collection, I am not even sure of the validity of that sample.
Upon calling the helpline number, they said, the sample was sent to the lab in the evening, so consider 24 hrs from that time as the time frame for the report (which is buzzard, because why then would I book a test collection at 8.30 am)
Secondly, and most importantly it’s 48 hrs later, his flight is in an hour and the report has not yet come.
Despite doing the test 48 hrs in advance, we still don’t have a report to take to the airport.
The helpline number call executives only said, we can put in a request. We had put in 5 requests. And we still didn’t have a report to carry to the airport.
This is highly unprofessional and unreliable. After paying Rs 960/- for a test, planning the travel so meticulously, everything was derailed because of Suburban Diagnostics.
Would NOT recommend relying on them for your RT PCR tests. If 48 hrs was not enough for them, I am mot sure what is. This was the most harrowing experience.
You’re better off getting your tests done from Thyrocare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The booking link was easy to complete and the centre was quite empty. Either a sign of lesser cases coming of late or due to time slots. The lady at the desk was efficient in taking payment and processing for report. Only surprising thing was she herself did the test too. Result of shortage of staff or efficient trained staff not sure. The result was received in under 10 hours which was fairly wuicj and efficient.
