★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Oven Roasted Chicken Sub 12 inches from Swiggy. As we all know know that we can customise the vegetables , from which out of 9 i choosed 7. But when I tasted the sub it tasted so blunt and tasteless. After opening the sub i saw there was one one small piece of capsicum,some onion and 2-3 slice of cucumber. And the sauce was only a sweet one. Disgusted by the taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abusing prepaid order system of Zomato like anything. Sending completely different beverages than ordered and incomplete order of food. Very poor response and damage control when called about the same. The lady's response was - " sorry Sir, I joined only two days back! " Neither offered refund nor ordered replacement food. Damaging the reputation of a world class brand like SUBWAY big time!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is regarding the Subway stall present inside the food court of Mani Square Mall in Salt Lake, Kolkata. As always, I love the Subway franchise. The smaller stalls offer great choices and options. The options are what attracts most people to these stores. I have been a fan of this stores since my childhood. But, what I feel is that, this store in the Mani Square Mall, doesn't get much attraction amidst the crowd. There are places like KFC, Wow Momo!, Mc D, and other restaurant outlets that get most of the audience. Regardless, the food quality and availability is all the same as other stalls. So, I'd definitely recommend this one. Present at the third floor food court of Mani Square, where the entrance of PVR is present.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet of subway is located at the food court of mani sqaure mall. I personally didn't found it very impressive. The staff was nice but not that friendly and courteous. We had to wait for a long time to get our order. We ordered hera bhara kebab which seemed to be overpriced and didn't liked the taste. The quantity was very very less for a person. Previously my experience with subway was good but this time it was a complete naay.
