1. Redundant rules such as cannot keep a pet
2. Can't invite a guest over without taking permission (even before covid)
3. Lifts are very old, no common area
4. The premises seem to have never been cleaned properly
5. Guards think they own the society, they are lazy, lethargic, rude and impossible to deal with
6. The walls of the building /house have cracks at several places (the foundation doesn't seem to be strong)
