भोपाल-साँची मार्ग पर 24 कि.मी. जाने पर कर्क-रेखा का बोर्ड दिखाई देता है| इसके थोडा आगे जाने पर मुख्य मार्ग से दाहिनी तरफ प्रधानमंत्री ग्रामीण सड़क 8 कि.मी. अन्दर ग्राम भरतीपुर तक जाती है| यहाँ पर पर्यटन विकास निगम द्वारा मार्ग फलक लगाया गया है| यहाँ से मुरुम की सड़क पर 3 कि.मी. जाने पर एक पत्थर का शेड दिखाई देता है| वहाँ से पहाड़ पर करीब 1 कि.मी. चढने पर एक सपाट पठार पर दीवार से घिरे हुए अच्छी हालत में 4 स्तूप तथा एक बौद्ध विहार के अवशेष के रूप में एक 20 फीट ऊँचा चबूतरा दिखाई देता है| इसके आसपास अनेक छोटे-बड़े क्षतिग्रस्त स्तूपों के अवशेष बिखरे पड़े है| यह स्थान भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण विभाग द्वारा संरक्षित है| यहाँ बारिश के दिनों में भी जा सकते है| यह पूरा क्षेत्र हरियाली से परिपूर्ण है|

24 km on Bhopal-Sanchi road On going, the board of the Tropic of Cancer appears. On going a little further, the Prime Minister Rural Road 8 km on the right from the main road. The village inside goes to Bharatipur. Here the road development plan has been laid by the Tourism Development Corporation. From here, 3 km on the road to Murum. On leaving, a stone shed appears. From there, about 1 km on the mountain. On climbing, a 20 feet high platform appears as a remnant of 4 stupas and a Buddhist vihara in good condition surrounded by a wall on a flat plateau. The remains of many small and big damaged stupas are scattered around it. This place is protected by the Archaeological Survey of India Department. You can go here during the rainy days. This entire area is full of greenery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunari village is located about 1 km from Salamatpur, about 6 km from Sanchi. From here one can go to the Sunari Stupa via the ancient route from the hill. Use this route only by people who are fond of tracking
