Their topaz room doesn't get locked. Anyone can easily open the room just by putting card between 2 doors.
No cleanliness. All floor was dusty. Can't
walk in room bare feet. Staff very lazy. Asked for coffee mug which didn't come at all.
No welcome drinks at reception. Over all its waste of money...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property is good but the existing system of their maintenance needs a lot of improvement.
Room provided was not clean . Despite contacting and reminding the receptionist, the maintenance was not carried out. The linen provided was stinking.Extra bed in the room was sought and the payment was made upfront. However, inspite of requesting the maintenance staff the same was not provided.
The TV was not functional. Calls made to the receptionist to make it functional did not help.
The washroom does not have an exhaust and no toilet paper is provided.
The services and food at the Restaurant is good.
Would not recommend staying here overnight. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over all its good place. important is its really close from city. Good option for one day stay near to city. Defiantly to justify charges , sunny world has to improve in some areas like Check in - I had to wait for 30 min even after sending prior notice. Restaurant - Please extend Restaurant hours so that we can enjoy late night, Also include Live Music if possible. Also Provide Room Service as well. I liked the Room, Food and Hinjewadi View from my Room at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is nice location wise. A very large estate but sadly very very poorly managed and without appropriate transportation facility. Room services are so poor and the people are rude and indifferent towards complaints. We literally had broken curtain of our bathroom glass and nobody came to our help to fix it and we were left on our own to bathe however without any privacy. The hygiene is also very poor with stained sheets, towels. Guests have to literally beg for towels and other toiletries before they arrogantly hand over the kits.. Very poor.. will not recommend and suggest anyone against going to Sunny world resort for vacation or conference or wedding or any other purpose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was really a great experience we had here on republic day. The adventures sports here are good. Sachin was very helpful and assisted us through out our time. Fortunately the crowd was very less the time we were there. The rides and sports were very entertaining and thrilling. Sunny Swing is highly recommended for couples.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been there for new year's eve! I was late, reached at around 10pm. The place was full with no table available. Even though with all the prior booking, had no particular place to sit! The unlimited food and beverages was not served on the table and instead was like an Indian wedding where there were all stalls and you have to go to particular stall for whatever you need. The ambience and atmosphere was nice .. big dance floor was the plus point... I'm good as far as I get to dance... But the bar counter was closed post 12am whereas the place was open till 2, so I couldn't get anything! :( Overall okay!

The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. Beautiful location . The setting is very relaxing. Food is very delicious. All over is very excellent?✌?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grate place with poor service. Food is good and tasty. Staff is cooperative but slow. Place is spread all over the hill. Nice views. Lot of greenery. We were in the Topaz room
.Room was okay. You need to carry a water bottle every where on the property as they have drinking water only at the restaurant which is at the top of the hill.
