Parking was small for the flat I lived in and due to this had to park car in open under the tree. Got some scratches and spots due to this. Also have to enter and exit is very small space so chances of getting dents on car are high.
Cleanliness is an issue. Plus the terrace is used by guard family. You can't go up there now due to filthy smell.
Water filter is a must esp after I saw the water tank status which is used to store drinking water and it's cleaned sporadically (I doubt it though)
