★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are security lapses in the society. There are no proper security cameras installed in the lobby, floors or in the lifts. In-pite of multiple complains the society has not taken appropriate actions against this lapse. There was also a major burglary reported earlier last month where a thief entered the society and the house and took away belongings of the owners of the flat....
Inspite of this no major security arrangements were made in the society.
I request the new buyers to inquire about this before investing there hard earned money in this society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society is nice, but have heard about security issues in the society. A friend lost jewellery worth of lacs while she was out of town. Moreover, the thief who broke in used key and didn't have to break the lock. They need to look very strongly on the matter. If you and your belongings aren't safe in your own home then what's the point of living there??

It has a very well laid out premises with necessary amenities. A well managed gate keeping solution and located bang on the Bangalore Mumbai Highway.
The Only and biggest problem is that the society does not have visitor parking or parking for guests... One has to park his vehicle outside on the road and keep his fingers crossed !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good project for people seeking their first home. It is fitting for families and couples. This is NOT for people looking for a long list of amenities. If you care about location , and your work place is in Hinjewadi, Bavdhan is a good place to set camp. Bavdhan is on the boudaries of Pune city and well connected from all areas.
More about Sunwinds . The project is located under PMC. View is quite awesome . Materials used is of good quality. Lot's of options to choose from . They have 1, 2 (Sizes available) and 3 BHK .
Negatives:
Kitchen balcony is quite small. People with big washing machines will have to think first. Kitchen is itself quite small.
Absolutely no amenities. Outside Gym provided soon rust out .
Conclusion:
If you are looking for a first home , I think this is great project. Ideal for couples.
