★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service..they have kept the first row first seat as a bed for the driver and the person who sit behind that find it very uncomfortable...we should not have booked that seat if we knew about it...in future nobody should reserve that seat...they should have blocked that seat also if they want the front seat as driver's bed..

I had to travel to Kozhikode due to my personal emergency on 24th of may and had booked a seat in 3 a.m. bus (my pickup point was Kalasipalyam). I had reached the point by 2.45 a.m but the bus arrived at 4 a.m. The bus was stopped in the morning since it had a breakdown and the journey was delayed. We contacted the bus operator and he informed us that they will arrange another bus for us from satellite bus station. So we were taken to Satellite bus stand . Since the bus that they arranged was a Non-A/C ksrtc bus, we objected to it as we had booked an A/C bus for our convenience. Hence, they booked an A/C bus for us which arrived at around 10.30 a.m (on total, bus delayed by 7.5 hrs) which is undoubtedly unacceptable. and they offered that, they will refund full amount within 7 days. but it was cheating. I paid Rs 1011 for Kallada bus, and they booked a KSRTC for Rs 700. So, without doing any service their profit is 311 Rs/person (from BLR). We are almost 14 people were remaining to travel to Calicut. I asked to many other Bangalore friends regarding this. they told me that, even they faced the same issue with Kallada travels; even they lost their money like this, they don't even know exactly bus got breakdown or whether they are acting like this!!. It was such an inconvenience from ur end for your trusted customers like us!
I am totally disappointed with your poor service which is not expected from a trusted body like yours. and through this review i am saying, i will wait for 1 more week for refund; If u r not ready to giv, i m ready to file a case to consumer court, not only money is the matter, Its about cheating for your trusted customers. I am attaching the screenshot of my ticket along with this review.
