★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hospital with good facilities. Rooms are neat and clean...well maintained but service is too slow due to lack of staff. My patient stayed at twin sharing deluxe AC room. We had a separate bathroom which was well maintained. Deluxe room also provides a cupboard with electronic locker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I vl never recommend this hospital ..no process no system ..the daycare chemo is pathetic..it feels like u hv come to a public road ..no system is to be followed ...they hv no idea about what the protocol to be followed ....it's all money making process ...never go to tht place ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just want money.. initially they hv taken 1450 for registration ..and after meeting Dr. Suresh advani they told us to pay 3000 in cash .I don't know national awardees should have at least less money heist as poor patients can't pay... Though Dr. Advani is specialised and expert but he should think on this as well..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complicated procedures, waited almost 4 hours for admission.
Things are scattered, TPA 1st floor, admission at the ground.
Again Covid care charges were added for none covid patients.
Hidden charges. Things could have been made simpler.
Charges are also high. 3700 per day for twin sharing + other charges
Would not recommend, instead go to other less crowded hospital and get things done.

When I told her that I would like to pay by debit card. She told me that I have the swipe machine, if u know how to operate then pay by debit card or pay it by cash.... It was arrogant.
The patient before me paid by debit card only and I saw her operaring the swipe machine.
Please take a note Dr. Jitendra Chandurkar or appoint someone who can at least operate the swipe machine...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mismanagement, no sense of time line. I have taken appointment at 9.00 for my father for hida scan. They asked me to pay in advance while taking appointment which bit absurd. We were waiting still 11.00 for our turn and no one called us. On inquiry i have told that medicine is getting prepared. What a logic, its a readymade one . A 80 year old patient is waiting wo breakfast . I have clearly asked if appointment to be taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very first things is entire premises very neat & clean ....no gatering ....very cooerative staff ...dr very carrying abt patient dr are asking evry prblm 2 be frndly ..dr give full time 2 each patient in opd..no need 2 b go out side 4 tea coffee snacks...CCD are in ground floor also atm are ground floor
