★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception staff is pathetic. Both arrogant and slow. They no nothing about customer centricity. Don't understand, what's the fun making people wait. Let them wait at the counter unattended and not to respond them. Chit chat qualifies over everything. They overcharged with some of them defending charges should have been lesser ?!
Not sure, why management can't do anything about it. If you reduce the staff at the reception, things will improve. Too many of them with no role clarity. The lady with a wiered nose (with due respect) is the most confused. Plz don't approach her. She will just keep things postponing as she has no clarity.
Same sentiments were observed with fellow people waiting for test/report
Nobody comes to hospitals or labs for fun. Staff at the reception just adds to agony..
Clinicians are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No co-ordination between front staff and other working with Dr. The front desk is almost 5ft high makes communication very difficult.
The machines are good.
Service is poor . Needs a lot of improvement.

Keep u waiting for ling period of time . No value for patient time n money . Hard to understand why doctor refer patient to get test done in dis worst pathology lab . Just for their commission??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could have given less than 0 star but there is no option. Had gone for a Abdomen USG. Very bad service, the staff is very rude and insensitive. Charges are very high as compared to prevailing market rates. They keep you waiting for the reports. Staff treats you like dirt and as if we have come from remote village and are complete illiterate. Will not recommend to anyone. Requested them many a times that they are taking too long for the report. However no one listens. Very disheartening

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst staff ive ever experienced. They don’t have your reports ready unless you personally go there and force them to make your reports. When asked how much estimated time will it take they act as if they didn’t hear anything. The price range is really not worth it make sure you get scanned from actual professionals and not these poor excuse for staff. As I write this i am waiting for half an hour without any response.

We are here from morning 9:30 am and they keep saying will attend in 15 minutes.
Now time is 12:05 pm and we are still waiting.
Horrible experience.
Staff - Not at all courteous. They busy in their own world.
I suggest don't play with patient time.
Streamline processes & educate your staff.

Very Horrible Experience....
They handed over me the report without the doctor's signature and when I arrived at home they called me and told me to bring back the report.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Very unorganised staff and even for a basic procedure they keep you waiting for hours and hours. We came at 11am and and were waiting till 230PM to do just 2 tests.
Also if we asked the staff about how much time it will take they didnt answer and just ask you to wait.
Poor service .
I would not recommend this to any patient. Kindly avoid visiting and choose some other centre instead for patients comfort. It's a waste of time and leads to a lot of trouble to patient .
They dont provide the reports on time unless to sit on their head to do so. If there was an option I would have given 0 rating .
The staff doesn't know what the procedure is and keep repeating the procedures again n again causing trouble to the customer.
