★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to spot this place. It is just next to Big Bazaar airport outlet. Situated on the ground floor of the building. Ample parking space available and easy access to the showroom. The salespersons are very nice and professional. Easy finance options and good guidance for new bike owners. Big showroom and claims to provide bikes at cheaper rates that other available showrooms in Kolkata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thums up for the staff support and smooth posession process but the management should treat the guests properly where atleast refreshments like tea or cofee and water should be offered spontaneously before the customer asks for it as the purchase is a high value purchase and the guests should be treated the same. Overall 5 star for the salesman and 0 for the management policies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic after sales service. Though service people are friendly but they definitely need a good floor manager who are customer centric. It seems they have zero job managing and planning skills. Service turn around time is 5-6 hours. Most of the service people frustrated and very busy but it seems everything there runs on adhoc basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The showroom is in a good location,i.e you can get public transport easily if you are not going on your private vehicle.
The showroom has good array of stock and well maintained showroom.
The prices are standard and a little bargain will land you some free accessories.
Be a extra vigilant on the paperwork, although they seem trustworthy and kept their promise.
My purchase went smoothly and they gave me a few freebies,some staff have a rude behaviour and some are friendly.
I would suggest you to contact them before visiting this showroom and ask about the availability of the desired model and I would suggest you to go near the noon time like from 12:00-2:00.
