★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the best housing complex in north 24 parganas it's close to the city, it is well maintained, it is made up of high quality material and the whole City along with Ganges can be seen from every room. It has two high speed elevator in each of the tower it has a garden in 21st floor! I loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Construction , though I don't have any flat in this project but I visited this project in July 2021.I must say the Oswal Group projects are one of the best premium Construction in kolkata.
Agarpara in not a developed area currently but coming down the line it will be developed soon because of the upcoming metro station.

All kinds of amenities present inside the complex including gym, indoor games room, kids play room, infinity pool, children play area, badminton court, community hall, car parking etc. Well maintained place.
