NOTE : Prior Booking is must to get vehicle service.
Staff is also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is on an average. Cashless facility with godigit insurance. They don't read all the issues written on the job card. They just do what they think is issue on the bike. Later if customer tells them that this issue is not been resolved, they ask to come back later this week. This has happened 3-4 times with me. However staffs are good and quite trained. I have visited 3-4 service centre and this thane Kiran Suzuki is the best amongst all.
Conclusion: You can give it a try here. You might have to visit 1-2 times for the same issue. But overall it's a nice experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very genuine service. I have done my first servicing for my access 125. They had provided all the services very quickly and even very good behavior with the customers. There is a waiting room as well along with some light hospitality.

No communication, no clarity on job card, just interested in billing..
Only if you ask a senior person he will tell the issue of the bike or else everyone else are clueless.
Not worth going here even for free service.
