★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 12.08.19 i travalled and bus met with an accient in the early morning. None of the travels cared after repeatedly calling.. no refund was given. No damage expenses given. Worst travels ever. Reckless driver. Accident happended near srikalahasti. My journey was from vijaywada to tirupati. If u dont have hope on your life please go for this travels. So many passengers got injured.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) SVKDT travels use passenger bus service for logistics shipment.
2) 10mts to boarding time they called me to travel 7kms to different pick up point.
3) Rude and unprofessional staff behaviour and they taunt passenger if we question them.
4) Dropping point is not fixed and they drop us 10kms away and mention that bus will not go to your place today while booking online allows dropping point.
5) Staff answer to anything is 'you can call and complain head office in Vijayawada'. Nobody responds to the call.
6) We are in the process of complaining to the relevant authorities as its a repetitive challenge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worest bus with worest staff...i really had very bad experience with this bus in vijayawada city....they ppl dnt know evn how to talk with a women...they ppl make me wait more than 1hour on ramavarapadu ring road....I felt very uncomfortable ? very worest worest worest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nrt to vizag route Worst service and driver was too much of rood behavior and also manager ,any one not respond on times, not bookings in this travel.
today one switchwation happened to me
I followed by bus from NRT but driver was not stopped, I m continuous followed by Chilkaluripeta from Narasaraopeta.
I m talking to manager ,he also tell me followed by bus that was not stopped.
Worrest service in this organization
