SVKM's Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic - Mumbai

It's kinda hard to find our college since there are many colleges in the same building.., but it's having A1 infrastructure and extremely low fee definitely a place to be.

One of the oldest and best college of diploma. Timetable is not good no ideal lunch break sometimes it is 10.30 sometimes 12.00. Teacher r good. Infrastructure is best .classrooms have wifi, a smart board , also a signal blocker device we cannot use phone inside class. Toilets r clean. Corridors, classrooms, toilets r like 5 star hotel. THEY DON'T HAVE PROPER CANTEEN . STUDENTS EAT IN CANTEEN OF DJ SANGHVI WHERE FOOD IS SOME WHAT EXPENSIVE. Also a nala flows in front of college .

Best Infrastructure for a student to kickstart engineering in such a prestigious college which in addition offers 6 months of direct industrial experience as Internship as well as 25+ years of experienced staff with latest laboratory equipments. I have pursued my Diploma here.

The college just got a new building,fully air conditioned but the crowd is still very very bad and i am not even exaggerating.The teaching quality is poor.Hardly any good teachers.The students studying here are least interested in engineering and only study for name sake.They make alot of noise during class and donot let the teacher teach.If tou have even 1% genuine interest in engineering,never ever ckme to this college.

Everything is good except for the timetable. Some days have lunch break before the last lecture which makes really no sense . Students have to wait for one hour more especially students coming from far .

Ambience is pretty amazing considering it a college. Washroom are always clean. Washroom and other facilities available for the Handicapped. Lifts are good. Library is good and reading Room and computer room is pretty spacious. It is centrally air conditioned. Taps available for Water. Canteen available with good quality food with proper hygiene maintained.

Went to ARC centre 5th floor very helpful staff.Awsome place to study. Luckily my son got Admission.All students are lucky those who are studying here . Two years back also went to ARC centre but now the college has being Renovated excellent work done by SVKM . So spacious class rooms, with comparable chairs for students. Wow saw from outside there practical room was also marvelous. I am thankful to God my son got admission here. Principal sir, Vice Principal, Registrator all were very helpful to solve all my queries. Thank you. On 23rd August 2019 went to college, again to see the Quad Bike design & made by students of SVKM. Diploma digital Electronic & Mechanical engineering students team made Bike .Since so many months I was daily listening & seeing the hard work of students because my son was also involved . So wanted to see the bike, before it goes for exhibition. When saw it was wow, because I had seen there video of making bike & there hard work also. During April & May vacation. I could see the hard work of children. Awesome work done under the guidance for there professors, Thanks to college committee members ,who motivated the Students & Gave Funds For Quad Bike .Thanks to there Head of department, professor who supported & guide the students, all vendors also helping the students. Lastly best wishes to students they win ? trophy for there college & for there hard work all the best. On 3rd March 2020 visit college we parents were called to check our child performance in college & visit MULTITECH 2020 at Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal. I went to college at 9 o'clock met his professor Despandey sir told me he doing very well felt nice. Sir told to visit the stall, then met HOD mam to know about Dilpreet had few query about degree college. Was happy when mam answer my queries. Then went to meet Sushma Rane account department to say big thank you. She helped me I was having problem in paying his fees online thrice the payment failed in January 2020 she said to come to college that time, I told my problem husband is operated. My son had intership cannot come to that time she told call after 2.30 she will explain me. I was thankful she helped me I could pay the fees online. God bless her. Felt very nice she had forgot but felt nice after meeting her. Then went to visit the stall . Well planned & executed. Sbmp Alumni,current student doing intership & other department students had put stall. Many visitors came to see. There met Dakash pandey under whom my son was doing intership he Alumni has his own start-up Ekraft like him many Alumni had put there stall. I was happy to see one student was taking care of his father stall he said my dad was student of this college plastic business. Even my son told we are encouraged by professors for start-up it's good motivation. Then was introduced by sir to principal sir it's was nice meeting him.. Principal sir told me evening same day all retired staff & Alumni from India & abroad are coming reunion & dinner is there. Met vice principal & other professors in stall then visited 51 stall it took more than 3 hours I not only visited the stall but listen to them about there business also. Then submit the sheet for lucky draw at 3 o'clock said bye to my son left the Hall. It's was awesome day to get so much knowledge of different department. Plastic, civil, Mechanical, other department.
