Owner deduct 8000/- at the of time returning deposit. 8000/- हे फालतु गोष्टी चे charges लावले. कृपया इथे कोणीही Rent ने राहु नका. बिल्डींग मध्ये ढेकूण पन खुप आहे. पाण्याचा पन प्रोब्लेम आहे. पार्किंग चा प्रॉब्लेम आहे. And Flat are in bad condition. Extremely suggest go for another option. रस्त्यावर raha पन इथे नका राहू ?
 Exactly agree with #Ashutosh Dube. Owner deduct 8000 / - at the time of returning deposit. 8000 / - for extraneous charges. Please don't let anyone stay here for rent. There is a lot of buzz in the building. Water is a problem. There is a problem with parking. And flats are in bad condition. Extremely suggest go for another option. Don't stay here on the road

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment has flat for bachelors. Cheaper rent compared nearby locations. Water supply is limited (2 hrs/day) during summer for 3-4 months. Girls are not allowed after 08:30 PM.
Highly recommended NOT to live here. Owner is very cheap. He talks very nicely in the start and during the stay but the day we left he cut Rs. 8000 from our deposit. He has a checklist and checks even the weirdest of places to cut much money possible.
VERY CHEAP owner. Stay here only if you are really short of money and that too only after confirming and notifying what all defects are there in the flat. I recommend that you better record all the conversation you are having with the owner.

It's 300 meter from Jayka Tea / Jadhav Corner, Kala khadak stop / NKGSB Bank.
Rent is taken as hard cash, that's another problem.
In this digital era people are still taking hard cash just for IT sake.
