★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This builder and Marketing team is worst minded to earn money by giving all false promises and resulted that, most of salaried employees lost their money buying these flats in previous projects.
1. Many Individual flats owners paid BBMP property taxes (including interest) prior years to their registration after settling in their house, here also said will refund that amount....till now not turned back.
2. NO guarantee, warranties, original products used ie., switches, cables, etc....no response if approach....will route to contractors.
3. Once received token advance....will not turned back for any kind of help.
4. Advice don't go with any false promises.....have it in black & white.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u want to come and fall in a mess u can opt this flat as its not even worth a single star. The owner of this property is the same who constructed SLR Comforts appartment which is adjacent to this and being a owner of one of the flat in slr i strongly recommend not to buy in Swastik Balaji Shelters as the approach road is in very bad condition and very difficult to even walk in rainy season. The road and other amenities promised by builder and not fulfilled yet, its been three years now still fighting and waiting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same builder who built SLR COMFORTS, promised manything ,but didn't complete anything.
1. Approached Road.
2. My individual flat main door was delivered with cracks ..requested for it many times but didn't replace it at all.
3. Promised modular kitchen for reference, but 'U' turn from builder after deal got closed.
4. CC tv was promised, but not delivered.
5. Gym equipments not delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst project you can ever land on. Connectivity road is pathetic. Can't even think of the approaching road. This builder's first project SLR COMFORTs is in the same road, better to take opinion from the flat owners before you visit this. So many false promises which are not fulfilled yet. No amenities will be completed, for each and everything you will have to fight with builder like a slave to get it done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same builder did another project SLR comforts in the same compound and sold it by providing false promises. It has been 3.5 years he has given possession but not ready to transfer papers to Residents association even after selling all the units. Also we SLR residents had to fight for one and half years to get amenities promised and parking lot allotment. Even parking lot allotment he did after lot of pressure by residents and even cheated by giving very small units where you can only park small cars. Please be care full and don't go by any oral promises..
