My doctor wanted to speak to the technician personally before the scan because it was a very specific scan.
When I asked the nurse before the scan she said they always speak after the scan and no matter how much I told her, she would not listen to me and very rudely would just ask me to go for the scan and so I had to call my father to speak to them.
The nurse called the technician to speak to my father and he LIED that they had talked to the doctor.
When my father called our doctor, we found out that they had not spoken to the doctor and just wanted to get over with the work.
Have zero respect and consideration for patients. Would not recommend to anyone.
