The project swayam city sounds very good....
Although a bit on outskirts but location wise it is awesome and swayam shuttle will be there to carry the residents to and fro from the project to joka metro...
Once joka metro gets functional the distance will no more be a matter of concern......

Please people don't invest your hard earned money here.I am regretting badly..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction is being stopped for around one year. No information when construction work will resume again and when the flats will be handed over to us. Already 3 scheduled construction completion dates passed. It seems waiting for the handover for indefinite period...
