She is such an experienced designer that she just took my figure measurements on phone call and just by taking an idea of my height from my picture she got this stitched so perfectly. The fitting and everything was just so perfect. Believe me, I hadn't met her in person until I received this gown in Lucknow where I live. She is just so brilliant, very talented and definitely a very beautiful woman inside out. Just like this elegant, pretty gown. I love it so much. Thank you so much Susmita Auntie. Stitching - ⭐⭐⭐ average. They changed the design in my case, and i didn't have the time to wait for one day to get it altered.
Customer satisfication- ⭐⭐ Rare response to phone calls.
Had the same experience as with any regular tailor, no such difference of doing it at a boutique.

The owner has a very good taste in designs and styles and every piece that she has created for me is unique and beautifully made. The fitting is great. Alternations is not at all an issue. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Overall a very good boutique that you can completely trust.
