★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the 1st time i went to Westside janpath Bhubaneswar on 04-09-2021. I had good experience with other westside stores in mumbai, Hyderabad. But it was worst at this store. The staff doesn't know how to prioritise and deal with customers. This was the situation when there are hardly 20 customers and there are 6 counters opened. just for a mere billing it took the staff 45 mins which was horrible itself. very poor efficiency in handling customers. in front of me there was a customer standing who is not sure what to take at the billing counter and she wasted 40 mins in front of me in choosing and finalising the products to take at the so called billing counter and your staff was unable to make her understand the difference between the billing counter and the store. pathetic experience with the store never visiting again and with my 2 year old kid to this place. never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always purchase from d same store n don’t mind giving 5* for its collection quality n price but it’s only due to staff behaviour that I have rated 1* .....
The billing always takes more than 10 mins staffs are very slow , rude n don’t hesitate to mock at customers . I really liked a product that was displayed I waited in the queue for 10 mins to make the billing , later they told me that the product can’t be sold as the bar code is not being identified. I told that I don’t mind waiting for another 30 mins as I really wanted d product, staff was very rude n said No without even trying to help . When I asked if I can come tomorrow n purchase d same she was like I don’t know when it ll b rectified. After I stepped back again they had put the product for display n sale. I really don’t get the point of displaying things n wasting customers time in d queue n at d end denying them for d same .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is not at all customer friendly . As per them if you are buying the outfit then only you are allowed to try the outfit or else you can leave . The staffs were very rude especially their Unit Head Mr. PROSENJIT GANGULY who judges the customers and he is sure that the customer is not gonna buy things from here and they also pass absurd comments to the customers . I would personally refer not to visit this place as they easily judge you and very much disrespectful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had one of the worst experience in Westside satyanagar branch . There unit manager Mr prasanjit Ganguly said not to try on clothes saying I know you won't be buying them. I have visited there multiple times but never faced this humiliation. You can't treat your customer's like this whatsoever how much bigger brand you are !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever experienced in my life. Never expected a tata owned company to be this disrespectful towards its customer and judge them based on there looks and behaviour and Not allowing them to try outfits before buying and telling them if you really like and will purchase then only will be allowed to try. And if your friends or family try to talk to the manager in between you will be asked to shut up and not interfere and to stand aside as you are blocking the way of other customers and creating a scene.. Misbehaving with the customers while they try the outfit and try to keep aside the outfits they like n frustrating them enough so that ultimately they wont buy and just want to leave to which the Unit head Mr. Prasanjit Ganguly says , I knew you weren’t going to purchase anything. The sheer guts required to talk to a customer like that. Is this the training given by the tata company on how to treat customers? I wish to give zero stars. If you dont want customers to try the product why have trial rooms at all??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place used to be one of my preferable place for shopping until yesterday. The only reason being the staff behaviour who were restricting us to try the clothes of our size also we were not allowed to try our preferred colour. They clearly mentioned that they can not fold the clothes again and again. So the staffs are good for nothing. Mr. Prasenjit Ganguly, the unit head made it worse with his rude behaviour. We expected him to resolve the inconvenience caused to us but never thought it would turn out to be our worst experience at this store. He was judgemental passing us comments like “I knew you guys were not going to buy”, how come he decided for us.
Few staffs should really be trained on how to treat and greet the customers.
It is really sad and upsetting that the store has good quality clothes but not good quality staffs.
